Youth and Adult Education in Venezuela: notes on its foundations, current state and perspectives

ABSTRACT The purpose of this contribution is to reflectively analyze some aspects of the historical course of Youth and Adult Education (YAE) in Venezuela. For this effort, the article briefly delved into the doctrinal guidelines of the current Venezuelan pedagogical project, taking into account the contributions of the teacher Simón Rodríguez and El Libertador, Simón Bolívar, as fundamental pillars in the teleological framework of said project. Likewise, the political and legal bases of education in the country are exposed, as well as the panorama of social guarantees offered by the current constitutional framework, which serves as a foundation for educational policies in general and, in particular, for Youth and Adult Education (YAE). Finally, some programs that currently serve the educational needs of this vigorous social group are described.

摘要：本研究旨在反思性分析委内瑞拉青年与成人教育（Youth and Adult Education, YAE）的历史发展进程中的若干面向。为此，本文简要探析了当前委内瑞拉教育纲领的理论指导准则，同时将教师西蒙·罗德里格斯与“解放者”西蒙·玻利瓦尔的贡献作为该纲领目的论框架的核心支柱予以考量。此外，本文还阐述了该国教育领域的政治与法律基础，以及现行宪法框架所提供的社会保障全貌——该框架可为整体教育政策，尤其是青年与成人教育政策提供根本支撑。最后，本文详述了当前服务于这一充满活力的社会群体教育需求的若干项目。
