该检测数据适用于钢筋的质量进行评估的有力工具。完全符合相关规范所要求的试验流程的应用,可以给出与标准相符的结论,提供了可靠性和可重复性的结果,从而有助于实现项目的成功完成和建设安全。该数据依据GB/T28900-2022《钢筋混凝土用钢材试验方法》、GB/T1499.2-2018《钢筋混凝土用钢 第2部份:热轧带肋钢筋》 ,使用液压式万能试验机WES-600B、液压式万能试验机WE-1000B、钢材冷弯试验机等仪器测得2个试件在弯曲180度后受弯处无裂纹状态下的极限荷载值,计算得出二次极限抗拉强度实测值。计算公式为:极限抗拉强度实测值=极限荷载值/(π*(公称直径/2)^2),比较极限抗拉强度实测值与极限抗拉强度标准值,若二次极限抗拉强度实测值均大于等于极限抗拉强度标准值,则钢筋屈服强度工艺性能符合要求。
This test dataset is a powerful tool for evaluating the quality of steel bars. It fully complies with the test procedures specified by relevant standards, can produce conclusions consistent with standard requirements, and yields reliable and repeatable results, thereby contributing to the successful completion of projects and construction safety. The dataset was generated in accordance with GB/T 28900-2022 *Test Methods for Steel Products for Reinforced Concrete* and GB/T 1499.2-2018 *Steel for Reinforced Concrete - Part 2: Hot Rolled Ribbed Bars*. Ultimate load values of two specimens were measured using instruments including hydraulic universal testing machines WES-600B, WE-1000B, and steel bending testing machines, under the condition that no cracks appeared at the bent section after 180° bending. The measured secondary ultimate tensile strength values were calculated via the following formula: Measured ultimate tensile strength = Ultimate load value / (π × (Nominal diameter / 2)²). Compare the measured secondary ultimate tensile strength values with the specified ultimate tensile strength values. If both measured secondary ultimate tensile strength values are greater than or equal to the specified ultimate tensile strength values, the technological performance of the steel bar yield strength meets the requirements.
