本数据集基于2019至2020年在青藏高原实地采集的603个样本点数据,并结合随机森林模型,提供了青藏高原0-30cm土壤全氮的空间分布数据。实测样点分布均匀,覆盖了青藏高原的主要生态类型,包括森林、灌丛、高寒草甸、高寒草原、高寒荒漠草地和高寒荒漠等。土壤全氮含量采用元素分析仪进行测定。通过结合样点的经纬度、气候特征(如降水量和气温)、土壤理化性质(包括pH、质地和碳)、微生物属性(如微生物生物量碳氮和群落结构)以及植被特征,构建了青藏高原0-30cm土壤全氮的空间分布特征,预测数据的空间分辨率为1 km × 1 km,单位为g/kg。模型验证结果表明其具有较高的准确性。此数据集不仅为生态学研究提供了重要的实证数据,还为区域生态保护、农业管理及气候变化研究提供了科学依据。
This dataset presents spatially explicit data of total soil nitrogen in the 0–30 cm soil layer across the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, developed using 603 field-collected sampling points acquired between 2019 and 2020 combined with a random forest model. The field sampling points are evenly distributed, covering all major ecosystem types of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, including forests, shrublands, alpine meadows, alpine steppes, alpine desert grasslands, and alpine deserts. The total soil nitrogen content was measured via an elemental analyzer. By integrating sampling point coordinates, climatic characteristics (e.g., precipitation and air temperature), soil physicochemical properties (including pH, soil texture, and soil organic carbon), microbial attributes (e.g., microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen, and community structure), as well as vegetation characteristics, the spatial distribution pattern of total soil nitrogen in the 0–30 cm soil layer of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau was constructed. The predicted data have a spatial resolution of 1 km × 1 km, with the unit of g/kg. Model validation results indicate that this dataset exhibits high accuracy. This dataset not only provides critical empirical data for ecological research, but also offers scientific underpinnings for regional ecological conservation, agricultural management, and climate change studies.
