This is the data underlying the analysis for the coral experiment described in the article: "Microbiome and metabolic dynamics shape coral post-stress recovery" It contains: The endosymbiotic symbiodiniaceae density calculated to surface area per sample and analytical replicate 4-6. Bactiral taxa identfied and the number of sequence reads assign to that ID (ASV) for each sample.
