The Role and Molecular Mechanism of Auxin in Triterpenoid Biosynthesis in Ganoderma Lucidum

By treating with auxin, auxin-sensitive and insensitive strains were screened. The content of triterpenoids in the mycelium of the two strains was measured, and transcriptomic analysis was performed to explore the key genes regulated by auxin in the triterpenoid biosynthesis pathway of Ganoderma lucidum.
