Transcriptome sequencing of Thiobacillus denitrificans under heavy metal and antibiotic stress

This study conducted a transcriptome sequencing analysis of the reverse nitrate-oxidizing bacteria (Thiobacillus denitrificans) under the dual stress of heavy metals and antibiotics. The aim was to systematically reveal the molecular response mechanism of this organism to combined stress, the changes in key metabolic pathways, and the related gene expression regulatory network, with the expectation of providing a theoretical basis for in-depth understanding of the adaptation strategies of microorganisms in complex adverse environments and their potential for pollution remediation.
