scSNV-seq data and code

Processed data and code from base editing and scSNV-seq experiments. This is a small update to the previous version, adding the files features_genotyped_experiment.tsv, features_non_genotyped_experiment.tsv, barcodes_genotyped_experiment.tsv, barcodes_non_genotyped_experiment.tsv. These data had already been available as part of the respective SingleCellExperiments in the previous commit. The tsv files have now been added to improve accessibility to the data without the requirement of using R. The code has been deposited on GitHub (https://github.com/MarioniLab/scSNV-seq).
