Landsat-5是美国陆地卫星系列（Landsat）的第五颗卫星，于1984年3月1日从加利福尼亚范登堡空军基地发射。Landsat-5为地球陆地表面提供了28年零10个月的高质量全球数据，创造了“运行时间最长的地球观测卫星”的吉尼斯世界纪录。
Landsat-5 is the fifth satellite in the U.S. Landsat satellite series. It was launched on March 1, 1984, from Vandenberg Air Force Base in California. Over 28 years and 10 months, Landsat-5 provided high-quality global data for the Earth's land surfaces, setting the Guinness World Record for the longest-operating Earth observation satellite.
