This project aims to the whole genome sequencing of strains of pathogens of economically and socially significant animal diseases obtained from the Federal Centre for Animal Health (Roselkhoznadzor). WGS data are necessary for molecular genetic characterization of strains and analysis of alternative options for vaccine production in the Russian Federation.
