Aqueous white paste with ultra high whiteness for digital textile printing ink and an ink composition using the same

An aqueous paste of white color with ultra high whiteness is supplied for digital printing ink in textiles， which comprises: 40% to 70% by weight of TiO2 powders; 1% to 5% by weight of a wetting agent; 2% to 12% by weight of a dispersant; and the rest of water. Here， the TiO2 powders are rutile TiO2 powders， the wetting agent is a fatty acid derivative， and the dispersant is an acrylic acid copolymer. Additionally， the present disclosure further provides an ink composition utilizing the aforementioned ultra high white white aqueous paste.

本产品为用于纺织品数码印花油墨的超高白度白色水性浆料，其组成按质量分数计为：40%~70%的二氧化钛（TiO₂）粉体、1%~5%的润湿剂、2%~12%的分散剂，余量为水。其中，所用二氧化钛粉体为金红石型二氧化钛粉体，润湿剂为脂肪酸衍生物，分散剂为丙烯酸共聚物。此外，本公开还提供了一种采用上述超高白度水性浆料的油墨组合物。
