教育部素養導向高教學習創新計畫又稱XPlorer探索者計畫,旨在協助學生自高中至大學的適應、定向,並透過新生課程、舊課翻新與規劃未來學習藍圖,培養學生具備運用科技工具進行自主探索,讓學生在大學關鍵的第一年即能明確理解學習的意義感,穩定學習表現;同時,盤點素養導向學習在大學校院所面臨的真實挑戰,並透過突破性、試辦性且具擴散價值的方案及課程再造。本計畫於111至114年分2期推動推動,本資料集為1、2期獲補助名單。

The Ministry of Education's Literacy-Oriented Higher Education Learning Innovation Project, also referred to as the XPlorer Explorer Project, is designed to assist students with their transition and orientation from high school to university. By offering freshman orientation courses, renovating established courses and planning future learning roadmaps, the project fosters students' ability to conduct independent exploration using technological tools, enabling them to clearly understand the significance of their studies and maintain stable academic performance during their critical first year of university. Additionally, the project conducts an inventory of the real challenges faced by higher education institutions in implementing literacy-oriented learning, and develops breakthrough, pilot programs with dissemination value as well as course redesign initiatives. This project will be implemented in two phases spanning the 111th to 114th year. This dataset comprises the list of funded recipients from both Phase 1 and Phase 2.
