We utilized inducible transgenic mouse with spontaneous lung cancer formation driven by mutant EGFR (by Doxycycline induction) for experiments. Mice fed with regular diet (RD) or high-fat diet (HFD) were induced lung cancer followed by tumor burden evaluation. Lung tissues were harvested for whole-genome transcriptomic, gene enrichment analysis, and cytokine array for potential signatures identification.Gene set enrichment analysis showed the whole-genome transcriptome in HFD vs. RD treated lung cancer was enriched in immune responses and cytokine stimulus. To evaluate the gene expression profiles after high-fat-treated lung environment, total RNAs from the following 2 groups were extracted for whole trancriptomic analysis : (1)HFD+Dox (2) RD+Dox
