Genomic Selection in Sorghum

Here we deposit all the data and scripts used in our paper. <br> In the sheet "All_DATA_Paper.xlsx" you can find: - data_pheno_ALL: phenotypic data set. - genome: genome of the parental lines of single hybrids - cov_amb_BIOMASSA: climate data collected during field trials <br> In the file "Scripts_Paper_genetics.txt" is the script used for all analyzes performed in the study.
