An experimental potato trial based on organic agriculture in the 2022-23 season was conducted in a total area of 987 m2 with the support of the "Asociación de Productores Agropecuarios y Semilleristas La Poderosa" of the locality of La Soledad, Chugay district, province of Sánchez Carrión, La Libertad. For this trial, the improved potato variety INIA-325 Poderosa was used with a split-plit plot design considering three factors: crop intercropping (intercropping with faba bean, variety Señorita and no-intercropping), use of a decision support system for fungicide application or “Juego de Ruedas” (Disc and no-disc) and the application of organic amendments (1, 2 and 4 t ha-1 of poultry manure). The combination of these factors generated a total of 12 treatments; and an additional control treatment (conventional practices in the study zone). In adition, 4 replicates were established, with a total of 52 plots of 3x4 m2 each (distance between plant and furrow of 0.3 m and 1 m, respectively). The variables evaluated were: emergence (%), canopy cover (%), chlorophyll content (SPAD units), plant height (cm), fresh tuber yield (t ha-1), cost-benefit ratio and carbon footprint (kg CO2e Total) at different times during the vegetative period of the crop.
本试验为2022-2023季基于有机农业的马铃薯田间试验,试验地块总面积987平方米,由位于拉利伯塔德省桑切斯卡列翁区丘盖伊镇拉索莱达地区的"Asociación de Productores Agropecuarios y Semilleristas La Poderosa"(农牧生产者与种子商联盟La Poderosa)支持开展。本次试验采用改良马铃薯品种INIA-325 Poderosa,采用裂裂区试验设计,设置3个试验因子:其一为作物间作模式,设置与品种为Señorita的蚕豆间作、不间作两个亚处理;其二为杀菌剂施用决策支持系统或"Juego de Ruedas"方案,分为圆盘式与非圆盘式两类亚处理;其三为有机改良剂施用水平,设置每公顷施加1、2、4吨家禽粪便三个亚处理。上述因子组合共产生12个处理组,另设1个对照处理(采用研究区域常规农事操作)。试验设置4次重复,总计52个试验小区,每个小区面积为3×4平方米,株距0.3米,垄沟间距1米。试验测定的指标包括:出苗率(%)、冠层覆盖率(%)、叶绿素含量(SPAD单位)、株高(cm)、块茎鲜产量(吨·公顷⁻¹)、成本效益比,以及作物营养生长期不同时段的总碳足迹(千克CO₂当量)。
