Raw data

This data tables contain the mean trait values for leaf area, growth height, specific leaf area, leaf nitrogen concentration, seed mass and stem specific density derived from TRY database (TRY_final.txt). Additionally it contains the download links for the plant images from iNaturalist for the publication 'Deep Learning and Citizen Science Enable Automated Plant Trait Predictions from Photographs' (2021) (species_links.txt).
