สมรรถะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นโรงเรียนเทศบาล 1 (สุขวิทยากรตั้งตรงจิตร 15) จังหวัดยโสธร

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และ การสื่อสารของนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น โรงเรียนเทศบาล (สุขวิทยากร ตั้งตรงจิตร 15) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ นักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษา ตอนต้น โรงเรียนเทศบาล (สุขวิทยากรตั้งตรงจิตร 15) จังหวัดยโสธร จำนวน 214 คน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามสมรรถนะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และการสื่อสารของนักเรียน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า นักเรียนมีการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับสมรรถนะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และการสื่อสาร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดในแต่ละด้าน ได้แก่ สมรรถนะด้านความรู้ คือ การใช้โทรศัพท์สมาร์ทโฟน สมรรถนะด้านทักษะ คือ การใช้โทรศัพท์สมาร์ทโฟน และสมรรถนะด้านเจตคติ คือ การยอมรับข้อตกลงร่วมกันในการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น || The objective of this research was to study the information and communication technology competencies of lower secondary students of Tessaban 1 (Sukkhawitthayakon Tangtrongchit 15) School in Yasothon province. The research sample consisted of 214 lower secondary students of Tessaban 1 (Sukkhawitthayakon Tangtrongchit 15) School in Yasothon province, obtained by multi-stage sampling. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on the information and communication technology competencies of students. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings revealed that students perceived that their competency as a whole on information and communication technology was at the high level. When specific competency aspects were considered, it was found that all of their specific competencies were at the high level. The items that received the highest rating mean in each specific competency aspect were specified as follows: in the competency aspect of knowledge, the item on the use of smart phones; in the competency aspect of skills, the item on the use of smart phones; and in the competency aspect of attitude, the item on the acceptance of mutual agreement on working with the others.
