ephys-10: 40Hz tACS in APP-PS1 mice model
收藏资源简介:
This dataset includes spontaneous local LFP recordings from APP-PS1 transgenic mice, acquired to investigate spectral power changes before and after 40 Hz tACS applied in the presence of continuous sensory input. Recordings were performed using Neuropixels 1.0 probes targeting both S1 and hippocampus in simultaneous dual-region recordings. Throughout the protocol, whisker deflections were delivered every 10 ± 2 seconds, from the beginning of the pre-tACS period until the end of the post-tACS period, totaling 2.5 hours of continuous sensory stimulation. To evaluate spectral changes free from evoked responses or artifacts, 105-second segments of clean, stimulus-free spontaneous activity were extracted: One segment 1 hour before the onset of tACS (Pre) One segment 1 hour after the end of tACS (Post) These clean windows were manually selected to avoid overlap with any recent whisker deflection. Recordings were acquired in awake, head-fixed mice. The APP-PS1 genotype enables the exploration of neurophysiological responses to gamma tACS in a mouse model of Alzheimer’s disease. Access before the embargo ends: the files are under embargo until 30 June 2027.
