数据文件名称:2009年7月太湖蓝藻水华对细菌和微型真核生物群落结构影响大型围隔研究数据库 包含1个表格文件,内涉及到太湖梅梁湾围隔试验区的环境因子监测数据、浮游细菌群落监测数据和附着细菌群落监测数据三大类,121个末级指标。该数据的主要生产方式为太湖原位的微型围隔实验。 其中,环境因子监测数据包括试验区6次采样数据,具体监测指标为温度、pH、DOC、DO、Cond、NO2-N、NH4-N、PO4-P、Nox-N、Chla、Turbidity、TN、TP共13个环境因子;浮游细菌群落包含样区6次采样数据,共63个监测指标;附着细菌群落包含样区6次采样,共38个监测指标。

Dataset Name: Database of the Large Enclosure Experiment Investigating the Impact of Cyanobacterial Blooms on Bacterial and Microeukaryotic Community Structures in Taihu Lake (July 2009) This dataset contains one tabular file, covering three categories of monitoring data from the enclosure experimental area in Meiliang Bay, Taihu Lake: environmental factor monitoring data, planktonic bacterial community monitoring data, and attached bacterial community monitoring data, with a total of 121 terminal indicators. The data was primarily generated via in-situ micro-enclosure experiments conducted in Taihu Lake. Specifically, the environmental factor monitoring data includes 6 sampling events, with 13 monitored factors: temperature, pH, DOC, DO, Cond, NO₂-N, NH₄-N, PO₄-P, NOₓ-N, Chla, Turbidity, TN, and TP. The planktonic bacterial community data covers 6 sampling events, with 63 monitored indicators. The attached bacterial community data covers 6 sampling events, with 38 monitored indicators.
