Tamarix austromongolica Raw sequence reads

Tamarix austromongolica is a native tree species widely used for ecological restoration in the Yellow River basin. Its natural distribution aligns with the strong environmental gradients of the basin. However, a comprehensive understanding of its evolutionary history and adaptive mechanisms at the genome-wide level remains limited. Here, we performed whole-genome resequencing on 112 individuals of T. austromongolica from 20 populations in the Yellow River Basin.
