This dataset contains the publicly disclosed results of seed production and business license issuance cases that have adopted the combination model of breeding, production and management in Dongguan City over the years. For the administrative service case result management work of Dongguan City, it collects the unique case number assigned by the system, handling time and final processing result generated during the case handling procedure. The data has been cleaned and organized in accordance with the *Specification for Data Collection of Administrative Service Case Process on Guangdong Government Service Website*. If detailed data of such administrative service cases is required for usage, it shall be subject to the data linked by each relevant unit.
