香椿不同品系生长遗传变异数据

研究选取安徽、四川、浙江、河南、山东、山西、云南、陕西和湖南等香椿主要分布区13个地区的嫩芽为材料，测定其蛋白质含量、钙、锌和可溶性糖等12个营养成分指标，探究不同种源香椿嫩芽的营养成分差异及变异规律This study selected tender shoots of Toona sinensis from 13 major distribution regions including Anhui, Sichuan, Zhejiang, Henan, Shandong, Shanxi, Yunnan, Shaanxi and Hunan. A total of 12 nutritional component indices were measured, including protein content, calcium, zinc, soluble sugar and other indicators. The research aimed to investigate the differences in nutritional components and their variation patterns among tender shoots of Toona sinensis from different provenances.
