Change In Temperature and Zetapotential of Doxorubicin-Loaded Gold Nanoparticle Under Low Intensity Pulsed Ultrasound Exposure

Measured temperature in the gold nanoparticle chamber during the 5-minute LIPUS treatment. All temperature values are averaged over 6 trials with standard error taken as uncertainty. Doxorubicin loaded gold nanoparticle zeta potential before and after LIPUS treatment is also provided.

本数据集记录了5分钟低强度脉冲超声（Low-intensity pulsed ultrasound, LIPUS）治疗过程中金纳米颗粒（gold nanoparticle）腔室内的实测温度。所有温度值均为6次重复实验的平均值，以标准误作为不确定度。本数据集同时提供了负载阿霉素（Doxorubicin）的金纳米颗粒在LIPUS治疗前后的Zeta电位（Zeta potential）数值。
