Dataset from the measurement of cosmic-ray muons and muon-induced neutrons with a 28L gadolinium-doped liquid scintillator detector.

This dataset contains the core data and analysis codes from a 412-day measurement campaign of cosmic-ray muons and muon-induced neutrons conducted with a 28L gadolinium-doped liquid scintillator detector at CJPL. It includes the following:Analysis code for processing the data acquisition (DAQ) output.Waveform plots and distributions of saturated events.Geant4 simulation scripts (version 4.10.06) and corresponding results. The simulations encompass cosmic-ray muon energy and zenith angle distributions, detector geometry, and relevant physics processes.Data files (.txt) used to generate the key figures presented in the manuscript.Notes on usage:The analysis code requires ROOT (https://root.cern.ch) for execution.The Geant4 version used is 4.10.06.Numerical data for the manuscript's figures are located in the "Graph_data" directory.Due to its prohibitive size, the raw DAQ data (412 days) is not included in this deposit. However, a subset of 26 processed and identified saturated signals is provided in the "Saturated_signal_DAQdata" directory.
