hdf5 files containing 7 columns. Column 1 is the identifier (1 to 3) of the counter, He-4 10 bar = 1, He-3 10 bar = 2, He-4 5 bar = 3. Column 3 is the time stamp in 16ns precision. Column 4 is the pulse height associated with the event. Disregard any other column. The Pulse Height Spectrum can be computed by doing the histogram of column 4 gated on a particular counter in column 1. 本数据集以HDF5（Hierarchical Data Format 5）文件格式存储，共包含7列数据。第1列为计数器标识符，取值范围为1至3，对应关系如下：氦-4 10巴对应标识符1，氦-3 10巴对应标识符2，氦-4 5巴对应标识符3。第3列为精度为16纳秒的时间戳。第4列为对应探测事件的脉冲高度。其余列可忽略。脉冲高度谱(Pulse Height Spectrum)可通过对第1列中特定计数器对应的第4列数据绘制直方图得到。文件名中附带的PDF文件标注了本实验的装置设置，详细信息可参考论文https://arxiv.org/abs/2002.08153。
