To understand the mechanism by which fibrinogen inhibits OPC differentiation after ischemia and identify the precise target for reversing fibrinogen’s effects, OPCs were used for mRNA sequencing analysis. Overall design: We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for control OPCs and fibrinogen tretment OPCs.
