Scaffold assignment to chromosome arms. Table of Anopheles funestus scaffolds assigned to chromosome arms. Assignment is based on the possession of at least 5 putative 1:1 orthologues with Anopheles gambiae occurring on the same chromosome arm. Orthology was inferred by clustering predicted protein sequences at 75Â % amino acid identity. (XLSX 43 kb)

染色体臂支架序列(scaffold)锚定。本数据集包含已锚定至染色体臂的斯氏按蚊(Anopheles funestus)支架序列对应表格。该锚定规则基于:待锚定支架序列与同一染色体臂上的冈比亚按蚊(Anopheles gambiae)之间存在至少5个推定的一对一直系同源基因。直系同源关系通过将预测蛋白序列以75%氨基酸序列一致性进行聚类推断得到。(XLSX格式,43 KB)
