Dataset: Predictive value of NLR in sepsis - a single-center MIMIC-based retrospective analysis

This dataset, derived from the MIMIC-IV v3.2 database, is a comprehensive single-center retrospective data source designed to evaluate the predictive value of the Neutrophil-to-Lymphocyte Ratio (NLR) for 28-day mortality in patients with sepsis.
