Lisbon's city-region Baseline Survey

Baseline dataset collected via a structured, hetero-administered questionnaire targeting all adult residents (18+) of the Adroana and Cabeço de Mouro neighborhoods in Cascais. Designed to assess food insecurity, diet quality, food literacy, health status and behaviours, eating motivations, and sociodemographic profile prior to the implementation of FoodCLIC real-life interventions. Instruments used include the Food Insecurity Experience Scale (FIES), Diet Quality Questionnaire (DQQ), Short Food Literacy Questionnaire (SFLQ), and items from the Eating Motivation Survey (TEMS). A total of 249 residents participated in the baseline survey.
