Data for: Análise da performance do sistema de abastecimento de água nos municípios do Mato Grosso: comparação prestação do serviço público versus privado

For the research, the selection and identification of variables from the Urban Water Supply System (SAA) were performed based on the database of the Municipal Basic Sanitation Plans (PMSBs). These variables pertain to: i) urban water supply system infrastructure; ii) service delivery model; iii) operational and maintenance conditions; iv) deficiencies related to tariffs found in the systems; v) percentage of default, among others. Thus, a total of 26 variables were selected (Table 1), encompassing both quantitative and qualitative aspects. The selection process was guided by relevant literature (Heller et al., 2012; Haider et al., 2014; Banovec & Domadenik, 2018), covering technical and operational, organizational, and economic aspects, in addition to consultations with experts in the field of study.

本研究基于城市基本卫生计划（Municipal Basic Sanitation Plans，缩写PMSBs）的数据库，完成了城市供水系统（Urban Water Supply System，缩写SAA）相关变量的筛选与识别工作。上述变量涉及以下维度：i）城市供水系统基础设施；ii）服务提供模式；iii）运行与维护状况；iv）系统中存在的水价相关缺陷；v）违约率，以及其他相关方面。最终共筛选出26项变量（见表1），涵盖定量与定性两类属性。本次变量筛选流程参考了相关文献（Heller等，2012；Haider等，2014；Banovec与Domadenik，2018），覆盖技术运维、组织管理与经济维度，同时结合了本研究领域专家的咨询意见。
