Government school student attendance rates by sex, indigenous status and year level, 2009

The data is collected from all Government schools as part of the\nadministration of student absences.\n\nAttendance rate is calculated on the number of actual full-time equivalent\nstudent-days attended by students in Years 1 to 10 as a percentage of the\ntotal number of possible student-days attended over semester 1.\n\nPlease note: This definition differs for the data published by ACARA on the\n'My School' website where attendance is calculated for Year 1 to Year 10 over\nthe full school year.\n\n
