The majority of updates to the datasets in this theme originate from subdivision, registration and gazettal activity. The data is up to date to within 10 working days from when a plan is lodged at Spatial Services. This dataset was captured by \ndigitising the best available cadastral mapping at a variety of scales \nand accuracies, ranging from 1:500 to 1:250 000 according to the \nNational Mapping Council of Australia, Standards of Map Accuracy (1975).\n Therefore, the position of the feature instance will be within 0.5mm at\n map scale for 90% of the well-defined points. That is, 1:500 = 0.25m, \n1:2000 = 1m, 1:4000 = 2m, 1:25000 = 12.5m, 1:50000 = 25m and 1:100000 = \n50m. 水印：代表构成地籍边界的潮间、非潮间及海洋水域的空间范围。

土地与房产数据支撑新南威尔士州的经济、社会与环境架构，其应用场景包括但不限于：保障获取资本所需的土地权属、明确土地合法用途、管理原住民土地权、自然保护、遗产保护、国防与灾害管理、优化基础设施与房产开发规划、为水资源与碳核算项目提供信息支撑。

空间服务部门持续从相关利益方及数据保管方获取信息，更新土地宗地与房产专题数据集。本专题内数据集的绝大多数更新源于宗地细分、登记与公告作业。数据会在宗地规划提交至空间服务部门后的10个工作日内完成更新。此外，数据还源自新南威尔士州王室土地局、环境与遗产办公室、原住民土地委员会、地方土地服务局、选举委员会以及贸易与投资部。

地籍维护与地籍升级活动的数据质量均通过规范合规性与数据拓扑规则保障。客户端交付数据库每日晚间自动更新当日维护环境中产生的变更。

精度说明：本数据集与宗地与房产数字数据集保持位置关联与对齐。本数据集通过数字化现有最佳地籍测绘成果采集，比例尺与精度范围涵盖1:500至1:250 000，符合澳大利亚国家测绘委员会1975年发布的《地图精度标准》。因此，90%的明确特征点的位置误差在对应比例尺下的0.5毫米范围内，即1:500比例尺对应0.25米、1:2000比例尺对应1米、1:4000比例尺对应2米、1:25000比例尺对应12.5米、1:50000比例尺对应25米、1:100000比例尺对应50米。当前正在实施一项计划，以升级数据集的空间位置与精度。
