本数据集包含希瓦氏菌（Shewanella）外膜囊泡（outer membrane vesicles）野生型（wild type, WT）样品的高分辨率成像数据，成像欠焦量为-1至-5微米。需使用附带的脚本对经CTF（对比传递函数，contrast transfer function）校正的像素合并系数为1的断层扫描图像进行重建。
