This dataset provides the Primer sequences used for resolving incomplete coding regions of equine rotavirus B (ERVB) genome segments. High-fidelity RT-PCR (QIAGEN One-Step Ahead RT-PCR kit, Qiagen, Hilden, Germany) and Sanger sequencing using these primers were employed to resolve incomplete coding sequences. These data support the manuscript titled “Coding-complete Genome Sequences of Group B Equine Rotavirus from Central Kentucky, USA Reveal Circulation of a Single Genome Constellation.”
