This dataset collects and analyzes procurement and consumption data of pneumatic automation products from Japanese customers, leveraging the RFM customer value model to assess customers' purchasing power and consumption preferences, conduct customer tiered grading, and achieve precise operational management.
Through customer value management, it meets the personalized needs of customers with different value tiers. For Grade A customers, communication can be conducted 1 to 2 times per month; for Grade B customers, 1 to 2 times per quarter; and for Grade C customers, 1 to 2 times per half-year.
Through full customer lifecycle value management, it not only meets the personalized needs of customers at different tiers but also deeply explores the collaborative value of customers in the industrial chain.
For upstream enterprises (raw material suppliers, component manufacturers, logistics service providers, etc.), the dataset provides demand forecasting support, helping them grasp the procurement trends, regional demand distribution and product category preferences of the pneumatic product market, so as to optimize production planning, inventory management and resource allocation; For downstream enterprises (equipment integrators, general contractors, end-users, regional distributors, etc.), the dataset provides market insights and customer personas, helping them understand the procurement behavior characteristics, value tier distribution and consumption capacity level of their target customers, providing decision-making basis for their product positioning, market development and sales strategy formulation.
1. Data Collection: Collect relevant transaction data of pneumatic automation products from customers in Japan. Among them, the "order date" in the collected data refers to the most recent order time relative to the statistical time (e.g., July 1, 2025 in the sample), the "order amount (USD)" refers to the transaction amount of each order, and the "total historical purchase times" and "total historical purchase amount (USD)" refer to the total purchase times and purchase amount counted within the historical service period (from November 1, 2019 to the statistical date).
2. Data Processing: Classify, merge and accumulate the collected data such as order amount (USD), order quantity (units) and total historical purchase amount (USD) to facilitate analysis. The order numbers and customer codes have been desensitized and converted.
3. Algorithm Processing: R Score: Divided into 5 tiers based on the number of days (D) between the customer's order date and the statistical time: 5 points for 0≤D≤150, 4 points for 150<D≤350, 3 points for 350<D≤600, 2 points for 600<D≤900, and 1 point for D>900; F Score: The consumption frequency score is divided into 5 tiers based on the total historical purchase times (S): 5 points for S≥5, 4 points for S=4, 3 points for S=3, 2 points for S=2, and 1 point for S=1; M Score: Divided into 5 tiers based on the total historical purchase amount (Z, unit: USD): 5 points for Z>5000, 4 points for 3500<Z≤5000, 3 points for 2500<Z≤3500, 2 points for 1500<Z≤2500, and 1 point for Z≤1500; The RFM comprehensive score (X) = 0.3×R + 0.4×F + 0.6×M; The customer tier is divided into three levels: A, B and C. Grade A corresponds to X>6, Grade B corresponds to 3<X≤6, and Grade C corresponds to X≤3.
