RNAseq was used to measure AHR expression altered by TCDD and inhibited by GNF. 4 treatments and 4 replications for each treatment were designed, including DMSO (control), TCDD, GNF, and GNF+TCDD. Total 16 RNAseq samples. RNAseq was measured by illumina hiseq 2000 via llumina Stranded Total RNA Prep Ligation with Ribo-Zero, with pair end 2*75 bp.
