On the theory of problems and their solution spaces

We introduce and develop the logic of existence of solution to problems. We use this theory to answer the question of Florentin Smarandache in logic. We answer this question in the negative.本文提出并构建了问题解的存在性逻辑体系。我们运用该理论解答了弗洛伦汀·斯玛兰萨奇（Florentin Smarandache）在逻辑学领域提出的问题，并对此问题给出了否定性回答。
