By investigating the contamination status of typical sites in China, we selected 7 sampling locations in Daqing City, China for soil sampling. Organic compounds extracted from the collected samples were concentrated and adjusted to constant volume, then subjected to cytotoxicity and multiple chronic toxicity screenings. The results demonstrated significant endocrine disrupting activity, and the toxicity of some deep soil samples was higher than that of surface soils.
