Bird and mammal detection data and site covariates

We provide the detection histories for 15 mammal and 44 bird species at 210 sites in the Mojave Desert ecoregion of California, as well as the site covariates that we used in the multispecies occupancy models. The code that uses this data can be found in Appendix S2.
