Full proteomic dataset of the artcile "Differential Roles of PFDN5 Isoforms in Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma"

There are three tables containing all the data obtained by mass spectrometry from three BioID independent experiments, using either control FaDu cells, or cells transfected with BirA-HA, PFDN5alpha-BirA-HA, or PFDN5gamma-BirA-HA. See the legend of the first sheet in the Chesnel-proteomics-data-2026 file. One table contains all proteomics data for 5,492 hits (Chesnel-proteomics-data-2026 file) plus binomial tests BirAHAVSpfdn5alphaVSpfdn5gamma and pfdn5alphaVSpfdn5gamma. The tables Chesnel_TestBetaBinomial_BirA-HA_vs_pfdn5alpha and Chesnel_TestBetaBinomial_BirA-HA_vs_pfdn5gamma contain binomial tests for BirA-HA_vs_pfdn5alpha and BirA-HA_vs_pfdn5gamma
