HuTu 80细胞群体数据集包含180张高分辨率彩色显微镜图像，这些图像是在体外划痕实验中获得的人十二指肠腺癌细胞系HuTu 80的图像。细胞被接种在12孔培养板中，生长形成单层，然后用移液管尖端划过细胞单层，并通过洗涤去除碎片。在划痕形成后立即以及培养24、48和72小时后获取划痕图像。所有图像均使用Zeiss Axio Observer 1.0显微镜获取，并经过领域专家的人工注释。
The HuTu 80 cell populations dataset consists of 180 high-resolution color microscopic images of human duodenum adenocarcinoma HuTu 80 cell lines obtained in an in vitro scratch assay. The cells were seeded in 12-well culture plates, grown to form a monolayer, and then scraped with a pipette tip. The debris was removed and images were captured immediately after the scratch formation, as well as after 24, 48, and 72 hours of cultivation. All images were acquired with the Zeiss Axio Observer 1.0 microscope and manually annotated by domain experts.
