Table with cell composition data for the subject (blood formula).
The original values in percentage were transformed to Centered-Log-Ratios, dropping neutrophils.
Then CLRs were normalised to z-scores.
Missing data for 2 subjects: imputed with a normal (0, 0.1). Model results with and without inputed values were compared showing no significant differences.
Imputed subject identity not present for privacy.
Columns:
- clr_lymphocytes: lymphocytes cell counts for the sample, after CLR transformation and then to z-scores
- clr_monocytes:lymphocytes cell counts for the sample, after CLR transformation and then to z-scores
- clr_eosinophils: lymphocytes cell counts for the sample, after CLR transformation and then to z-scores
- clr_basophils: lymphocytes cell counts for the sample, after CLR transformation and then to z-scores
- sample: sample id in the manuscript
