We performed a genome-wide analysis of m6A mRNA methylation in SUN-treated human pluripotent stem cells induced myocardial cells (hiPSC-CMs) by methylated RNA immunoprecipitation sequencing (MeRIP-seq). Overall design: In this study, we used methylated RNA immunoprecipitation sequencing (MeRIP-seq) and RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) to study the transcriptome and m6A modification sites of human pluripotent stem cells induced myocardial cells (hiPSC-CMs) treated with sunitinib (SUN). Through MeRIP-Seq, we identified a total of 2615 peaks with significant changes, of which 1694 were significantly up-regulated and 921 were significantly down-regulated.
