This dataset contains pyrosequencing results for the genotyping of ABCB1, CES1, and UGT2B15 polymorphisms in 124 healthy male subjects. Blood samples were collected and stored at −20°C until DNA extraction. Genomic DNA was isolated from peripheral leukocytes, and genotyping was performed using a Biotage pyrosequencer (Uppsala, Sweden) following established protocols. The specific polymorphisms analyzed include c.1236C>T (rs1128503), c.2677C>T(A) (rs2032582), c.3435C>T (rs1045642), and c.2482-2236G>A (rs4148738) alleles of ABCB1, c.1168-33A>C (rs2244613) and c.257+885T>C (rs8192935) alleles of CES1, and c.253G>T (rs1902023) allele of UGT2B15. This dataset provides comprehensive genotyping information for these polymorphisms, supporting further pharmacogenetic and genetic variability research.
