A set of water quality data. Influent (iWW and mWW) and effluent (mWWTP) data, measured in the laboratory, include concentrations of COD, TSS, TN, NH4-N, NO3-N, TP and PO4-P. Samples were collected daily, using 24 h flow proportional automatic samplers.
