To develop FlowBEAT (flow cytometry-based Bead assay to detect Antigen-specific antibody isoTypes) to determine the longitudinal dynamics of anti-SARS-CoV-2 and anti-IFN-α autoantibodies in the airway, the site of infection, and in matching blood, to understand their contribution to the progression of COVID-19.
