Source data for figures and tables in the ICed-ENM mutation impact analysis study

This dataset contains the figure- and table-level input data associated with the ICed-ENM mutation-impact analysis manuscript. The files are organized by manuscript figure or table and include curated, plot-ready, and table-ready data for benchmark conformational-change analyses, mutation-impact score mapping, global mutation-impact trends, the PTEN case study, Kapp/RMSIP parameter-optimization analyses, and Table 1 benchmark summaries.
