本数据集为2018YFC1901302-005-典型锅炉钢和涂层的高温腐蚀性能数据集,由华中科技大学负责,在煤燃烧国家重点实验室和武汉市长山口垃圾焚烧电厂开展实验所得。主要记录了典型锅炉钢和涂层的高温腐蚀性能,涵盖了(1)不同涂层的基本特性;(2)材料组分和(3)制备工艺对涂层耐高温腐蚀性能的影响规律,(4)关键组分对涂层耐腐蚀性能的影响机理,(5)涂层在实际垃圾焚烧厂中的高温腐蚀防护应用性能共五个方面的数据项。数据集为最终科技报告中涉及的原始数据,可为垃圾燃烧过程高温腐蚀的涂层防护问题提供重要科学依据。
This dataset, with the project number 2018YFC1901302-005, is a high-temperature corrosion performance dataset for typical boiler steels and coatings. It was led by Huazhong University of Science and Technology, with experiments conducted at the State Key Laboratory of Coal Combustion and Wuhan Changshankou Waste Incineration Power Plant. This dataset mainly records the high-temperature corrosion performance of typical boiler steels and coatings, covering five categories of data items: (1) basic properties of different coatings; (2) the influence rules of material composition on the high-temperature corrosion resistance of coatings; (3) the influence rules of preparation process on the high-temperature corrosion resistance of coatings; (4) the influence mechanism of key components on the corrosion resistance of coatings; and (5) the application performance of coatings in high-temperature corrosion protection in actual waste incineration plants. This dataset comprises raw data from the final scientific and technical report, and can provide critical scientific support for addressing coating protection issues related to high-temperature corrosion during waste combustion processes.
