With growing interest in adapting psychological interventions for digital health delivery, this pilot study aimed to determine feasibility and preliminary data of an online mindfulness intervention in comparison to an online psychoeducational intervention addressing women’s sexual desire. A total of 57 women completed measures of sexual functioning, empathy, stress, and mindfulness before and after the four-week intervention. Results showed improvements on sexual desire, functioning, arousal, self-image, sexual distress, perceived stress, and marginal improvements on orgasm scores. Majority completed assigned homework. These findings provide preliminary support for the feasibility of an online mindfulness intervention that could establish future comprehensive programs.
