青海省高原鼠兔组织样品（2024）

为描述青藏高原重要啮齿动物遗传多样性分布格局，厘清其相关遗传背景，并建立相应的遗传资源库。2023年8月集中在青海玉树州、果洛州、黄南州共采集189份高原鼠兔样品，实体样品为肌肉组织。本数据集包含1个组织样品信息表。样品信息表包含数据集信息、物种、品种、详细采样地、经纬度、海拔、样品类型、采集时间、采集人、保存方式、保存剂、生境类型、性别、获取途径、暂存温度等基本样品信息，以excel表形式存储。

To characterize the distribution pattern of genetic diversity of important rodent species on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, clarify their associated genetic backgrounds, and establish a corresponding genetic resource bank, a total of 189 Plateau Pika samples were collected from Yushu Prefecture, Guoluo Prefecture, and Huangnan Prefecture of Qinghai Province in August 2023. The physical specimens are muscle tissues. This dataset includes one tissue sample information table, which contains basic sample information such as dataset details, species, variety, detailed sampling location, longitude and latitude, elevation, sample type, collection date, collector, storage method, preservative, habitat type, sex, acquisition approach, and temporary storage temperature. The table is stored in Excel format.
