针对汞、六六六、沙林以及TNT 传感器的性能指标的评价,数据包括:《“高性能现场快速检测传感器研制及应用验证”测试大纲》、依据该《测试大纲》要求进行测试并撰写的四个传感器的性能指标测试、传感器芯片产率测试》、相关照片、视频、原始实验数据、处理后的实验数据;四个传感器性能测试数据采集地点均为第三方测试机构,采集时间为2022年6-7月,其中《汞传感器性能指标测试报告》数据采集地点为中国环境监测总站,使用的设备为便携式拉曼光谱仪;《六六六传感器性能指标测试报告》数据采集地点为安徽恒诚生态环境科技公司,使用的设备为便携式拉曼光谱仪;《沙林传感器性能指标测试报告》数据采集地点为安徽恒诚生态环境科技公司,使用的设备为便携式拉曼光谱仪;《TNT传感器性能指标测试报告》数据采集地点为上海第三方机构,使用的设备为半导体特性分析仪;《传感器芯片产率测试报告》数据采集地点为中国科学院理化技术研究所,使用的设备为扫描电子显微镜和光学显微镜。
This dataset is intended for evaluating the performance metrics of sensors targeting mercury, hexachlorocyclohexane (HCH), sarin, and TNT. The dataset includes: the Test Outline titled "Development and Application Verification of High-Performance On-Site Rapid Detection Sensors", performance metric tests of the four sensors conducted in accordance with the requirements of this Test Outline, the Sensor Chip Yield Test Report, related photos, videos, raw experimental data, and processed experimental data.
All performance test data of the four sensors were collected at third-party testing institutions from June to July 2022. Specific details are listed below:
1. Mercury Sensor Performance Index Test Report: collected at the China National Environmental Monitoring Centre, using portable Raman spectrometers;
2. Hexachlorocyclohexane Sensor Performance Index Test Report: collected at Anhui Hengcheng Ecological Environment Technology Co., Ltd., using portable Raman spectrometers;
3. Sarin Sensor Performance Index Test Report: collected at Anhui Hengcheng Ecological Environment Technology Co., Ltd., using portable Raman spectrometers;
4. TNT Sensor Performance Index Test Report: collected at a third-party institution in Shanghai, using semiconductor characteristic analyzers;
5. Sensor Chip Yield Test Report: collected at the Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, using scanning electron microscopes and optical microscopes.
